You can resolve the issue with the following steps:

Chrome Browser
- General method:
- Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
- Using Developer Tools:
- Open Developer Tools (F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I)
- Right-click the refresh button
- Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”
Other Browsers:
- Firefox:
- Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R or hold the Shift key and click the refresh button
- Safari: Cmd + Option + R or hold the Command key and click the refresh button
- Microsoft Edge:
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R or hold the Ctrl key and click the refresh button
- Opera:
- Windows/Linux: Ctrl + F5
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + F5 or hold the Ctrl key and click the refresh button

iPhone (iOS 15)
- Switch to Airplane Mode
- Open the Settings app
- Turn Airplane Mode on and then off
- Reboot the device
- Restarting the device will clear the DNS cache.
- Reset Network Settings
- Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings (Note: This will also reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.)
Android (version 12) Android does not allow direct DNS cache clearing through the system UI, but it can be done via the Chrome browser:
- Open the Chrome browser
- Enter “chrome://net-internals/#dns” in the address bar
- Select ‘DNS’ in the left pane
- Tap the ‘Clear host cache’ button in the right pane
